Elizabeth Burton, Southern Highlands NSW
We were excited to help local Southern Highlands artist, Elizabeth Burton level-up her social presence and brand identity recently.
Ms Burton has spent the best part of three decades building an award-winning practice and her goal was to build her online presence to align with her reputation as one of Australia’s leading artists and printmakers.
Like many small business owners, COVID-19 also had a significant impact on her business model and income, with exhibitions, open studio opportunities and events cancelled in 2020. Ms Burton could see the importance of investing in her web presence to sell art.
We helped her reframe her business model, tell her brand’s story and smash sales goals with:
Product photography photoshoots
Professional headshots
Targeted social media (insta, facey and tiktok) strategy and content (photo and video)
Website (and online shop) relaunch
Creating an integrated mailing list and EDMs
Videography
Promotional campaigns
Key stats:
Increased art sales by 30% on the previous year.
Pivoted business model to the majority of sales leads coming from Instagram instead of physical events and exhibitions.
On average, tiktok and insta reels videos received over 1,000 views within the first 24hrs of upload.
